Colby’s Peanut Butter Protein Cookies

These cookies have minimal ingredients and are great for special diet restrictions. They are egg free and can be made with a different nut butter if you need to make them peanut free!

 

Ingredients:

  • 3 tbs Ground Salba Chia
  • 1/2 C of water
  • 1/2 C Chocolate peanut butter (any kind but Buff Bake is suggested)
  • 1 mashed banana
  • 1 C oats
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1tsp vanilla

Directions:

  • Mix Salba chia and water
  • Add all other ingredients together, then add the Salba Chia
  • Bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes
