Massaged Tuscan Kale With Curried Tempeh
This salad will please any pallet with unlimited topping options. Massaged Kale has become a favorite around here because it’s so easy and so full of nutrients.
Massaged Kale:
- 3-4 cups handful of Tuscan kale
- 1/3 cup of olive oil/ avocado oil or coconut oil
- salt, pepper to taste
- 1 tbs of fresh squeezed lime
Mix all ingredients in a bowl with hands, massage kale gently
Optional Toppings:
chopped brussels sprouts, tomatoes, mushrooms, asparagus tips, and baked curried tempeh (cover in red curry paste and amino acids and bake for 15 min on 400) topped with a sprinkle of Salba Chia whole seeds http://salbasmart.com/our-products/salba-chia-whole-seed/
