Lucuma is a Peruvian fruit full of beta-carotene, iron, zinc, B3, calcium and protein. You can find a dehydrated powder form for smoothies at your local health food store. INGREDIENTS
- 2 frozen bananas
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 tbsp MRM brand Organic Lucuma powder
- ΒΌ cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tsp agave nectar
- 1-2 tbsp of Salba Chia Dark Chocolate covered seeds
Toppings (optional)
- granola
- chocolate protein bar
- cherries
- shredded coconut
DIRECTIONS
1) Add all of your ingredients to a high-speed blender and mix until smooth. Pour into a cup or glass and add your favorite toppings. This smoothie is packed with antioxidants, fiber, and proteins that will make you feel happy and full. Enjoy!
