Easy Apple Crumble Pie

This pie is so easy and yet tastes like you slaved over the oven for hours. It’s a bit healthier and lower in sugar than your traditional apples pies as well!

 

 

Ingredients:

1 gluten free or any pie crust

2 Braeburn apples sliced thinly in moon shaped pieces

Juice of 1/2 a lemon

1 pack of cinnamon graham crackers crumbled into a separate bowl

1/3 C of melted coconut butter (mixed into cracker crumbles)

1/4 C of Salba Chia whole seeds (Mixed in with the above crackers and coconut oil)

1/4 C of coconut sugar

2 tbs of cinnamon

1 tbs of apple pie seasoning

 

Directions:

 

  • Preheat oven to the temperature store bough pie crust says
  • Mix lemon juice, sugar and spices with thinly sliced apples in a bowl
  • Pour appel mixture into pie crust
  • Add cracker/Coconut Butter and Chia seed mixture
  • Bake until crust is golden brown
  • Enjoy!
