Sriracha Cauliflower
A spicy, easy, delicious appetizer when entertaining. The Salba Chia seeds on top add the perfect crunch and Omega3’s
Ingredients:
- 1 medium head of cauliflower, cleaned and chopped into bite size pieces.
- 2 tbs of avocado oil
- 3 cloves of chopped garlic or garlic powder
- 2 tbs of soy sauce
- 1/2 of a squeezed lime
- Sriracha to taste (2 -3 tbs)
- 2 tbs of Salba Chia whole seeds
- Cilantro for garnish
Instructions::
- Mix Cauliflower and oil in a skillet and brown the cauliflower until it softens ( add garlic a bit before the cauliflower browns to avoid burning it)
- Turn heat to low and add soy sauce and lime juice
- Once temperature is back up add sriracha, garnish with Salba chia seeds and chopped cilantro
