Meet Leo, he’s a big fan of Salba Chia – especially in smoothie bowls! This recipe is brought to by @becks_liveshealthy.
Ingredients:
- 2 C Almond Milk
- 2 Tbs of Salba Chia
- 1 Scoop of Protein Powder (your choice)
- Powdered Peanut Butter (we like Crazy Richards PB2 +)
- 1 Frozen banana
- A few frozen figs (this is what sweetens the smoothie)
- A handful of spinach
Directions:
- Mix first 7 ingredients in mixer and pour into large bowl
- Top with the following optional ingredients:
- granola, cacao nips, more Salba Chia, coconut chips, fresh figs and banana
