This healthy take on ice cream is one of my favorites. It’s a great option for vegans or those who can’t tolerate Dairy. The base is made from Bananas (nanas)! It’s so easy to whip up and there are countless ways to change up the flavor profiles.
1.5 frozen banana
1 cup frozen mango chunks
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- Blend the top ingredients together in a food processor or high speed blender
- Re-freeze for 1-2 hours or serve as a smoothie consistency
Top with strawberries + frozen mango + Salba Chia whole seeds + hemp seeds + creamy unsalted almond butter- Enjoy!
