- 1/2 cup raw cacao nibs
- 1/2 cup raw cashews
- 12 medium dates
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp red pepper/cayenne
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 tsp melted coconut oil
- 1/4 cup coconut flakes
- 2 tbsp maple syrup. Start with 1 and see how the mix comes together since dates vary in juiciness
- 1/2 cup goji berries
- 1/4 cup of melted coconut oil
- 1/4 cup of Salba chia seed (if you don’t have Salba chia at your local #WholeFoods request it because it’s the most nutrient dense chia on the shelves and a must for this recipe to have the benefits it offers)
- 1/4 cup Salba chia seeds
- 1/4 cup hemp hearts
- 1 tbs orange zest (this was my favorite part of the flavor with the red pepper … do not skip it!)
