This salad is perfect for hot summers. I first tried it as a side dish at a friends wedding in July and fell in love. Bring it to a BBQ for a side dish or eat it for lunch. It’s delicious and so easy to make (almost too easy!)
Ingredients:
- Medium sized seedless
watermelon cubed into bite sized pieces. - 2 Medium Cucumbers Cubed into bite sized pieces.
- 1 – 2 cups of chopped basil (your preference)
Instructions:
- Mix together in a big bowl
- Sprinkle Salba Chia on top and serve
