Alexis’s Quick Energy Balls

These are the easiest no bake snacks one can imagine – Full of Protein, fiber and omega-3.

Just combine all the ingredients and roll into bite sized balls and refrigerate or enjoy on the spot!

  • 1 1/4 C of oats
  • 1/2 C of Peanut Butter
  • 1/3 Cup of local honey
  • 1.5 Tbsp of Salba Chia
  • 1/3 C of Raisins
  • Mix it all together and roll into snack sized balls.
