Blueberry Lucuma Smoothie with Dark Chocolate Covered Salba


Lucuma is a Peruvian fruit full of beta-carotene, iron, zinc, B3, calcium and protein. You can find a Screen Shot 2017-02-02 at 9.29.04 AMdehydrated powder form for smoothies at your local health food store. 1-2 servings



  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 tbsp MRM brand Organic Lucuma powder
  • ΒΌ cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tsp agave nectar
  • 1-2 tbsp of Salba Chia Dark Chocolate covered seeds

Toppings (optional)

  • granola
  • chocolate protein bar
  • cherries
  • shredded coconut



1) Add all of your ingredients to a high-speed blender and mix until smooth. Pour into a cup or glass and add your favorite toppings. This smoothie is packed with antioxidants, fiber, and proteins that will make you feel happy and full. Enjoy!
