- A shot of espresso or coffee
- Stevia to sweeten
- Elli Quark’s Sea Salt Carmel
- Add Salba Chia to Espresso/Coffee
- Add Stevia to sweeten (optional)
- Refrigerate for a few hours or overnight
- Top with Elli Quark Sea Salt Caramel or similar thick style caramel flavored Quark cheese or Greek Yogurt.
