  • 1 tbsp of Salba Chia 
  • A shot of espresso or coffee
  • Stevia to sweeten
  • Elli Quark’s Sea Salt Carmel


  • Add Salba Chia to Espresso/Coffee
  • Add Stevia to sweeten (optional)
  • Refrigerate for a few hours or overnight
  • Top with Elli Quark Sea Salt Caramel or similar thick style caramel flavored Quark cheese or Greek Yogurt.
