Leo’s Smoothie Bowl

Meet Leo, he’s a big fan of Salba Chia – especially in smoothie bowls! This recipe is brought to by @becks_liveshealthy.


  • 2 C Almond Milk
  • 2 Tbs of Salba Chia
  • 1 Scoop of Protein Powder (your choice)
  • Powdered Peanut Butter (we like Crazy Richards PB2 +)
  • 1 Frozen banana
  • A few frozen figs (this is what sweetens the smoothie)
  • A handful of spinach


  • Mix first 7 ingredients in mixer and pour into large bowl
  • Top with the following optional ingredients:
  •  granola, cacao nips, more Salba Chia, coconut chips, fresh figs and banana
