- 12-15 oz Jar/glass
- 12 oz of preferred milk
- 2 TBS of Salba Chia Whole seeds
- Mix ingredients into jar or glass
- Cover with plastic wrap (optional)
- Place in fridge overnight or for several hours before enjoying
- Add a sprinkle of cinnamon on top (optional)
